TEXTILE INTERSECTIONS is a multi-day conference, doctoral consortium, and exhibition organized by the Interdisciplinary Textiles Special Interest Group of the Design Research Society. 

Textile Intersections 2026 will be hosted by the Dyson School of Design Engineering at Imperial College London and will take place in South Kensington, London, UK.

  • Wednesday, 16 September – Doctoral Consortium
  • Thursday – Friday, 17-18 September – Single-track conference with paper presentations
  • Thursday, 17 September – Sunday, 20 September – A public exhibition of accepted works held alongside the conference.
